Itinerary
Day 1: Addis Ababa – Arba Minch
- Morning flight from Addis Ababa to Arba Minch.
- Drive to the Dorze village, known for its towering bamboo houses and vibrant weaving culture.
- Overnight stay in Arba Minch.
Day 2: Arba Minch – Konso – Jinka
- Visit Konso, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, renowned for its terraced farming and cultural heritage.
- Continue to Jinka, the gateway to the Omo Valley.
- Overnight stay in Jinka.
Day 3: Jinka – Mursi Tribe – Turmi
- Morning visit to the Mursi Tribe, famous for their lip plates and body art.
- Drive to Turmi and explore the culture of the Hamer Tribe, known for their intricate hairstyles and the bull-jumping ceremony (seasonal).
- Overnight stay in Turmi.
Day 4: Turmi – Omorate – Return to Addis Ababa
- Early drive to Omorate to visit the Dassanech Tribe, crossing the Omo River by traditional canoe.
- Return to Arba Minch for an afternoon flight back to Addis Ababa.
